2.) Order Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed during normal business hours, and we strive to fulfill them as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3.) Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, Klarna (for eligible purchases), PayPal and other approved payment methods at checkout. We do not accept Klarna for the purchase of gift cards or services.
4.) Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery method and location (see Shipping Policy for more details).
5.) Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6.) Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate a withdrawal, please contact us via email.
7.) Custom Products
Custom-built bikes or personalized products may take up to 14 business days to fulfill. These items may be non-returnable unless faulty.
8.) Limitation of Liability
River Mill Cycles is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).
